Signals between the quarterly 13Fs — insider buys/sells, filed intents to sell, new activist stakes, ARK’s daily ETF trades and mutual-fund portfolio changes.
The same feed, delivered — insider buys and sells, filed intents to sell, new activist stakes and ARK's daily trades.
Sources: SEC Form 4 (open-market buys/sells, codes P/S, filed within 2 business days), Schedule 13D/13G (5%+ stakes), Form 144 (notice of a proposed sale — filed before it happens, so it leads the Form 4), ARK Invest daily trades across its six ETFs (day-over-day changes in published holdings), and N-PORT mutual-fund portfolio changes. Mutual funds report on their own fiscal quarter, so a few publish an April or May portfolio while every 13F filer is still frozen at March 31. Only managers who are insiders or 5%+ owners file Form 4/144 at all, so most passive positions still surface only in the quarterly 13F. Material transactions only. Not financial advice.
